Absolute RPO is a service designed for clients who would like to outsource their complete recruitment process to us. Generally it's a service taken by small to mid size companies who don't have time and money to build and manage a world-class recruitment operation of there own. Qualtech becomes the recruiting department for such clients and takes the complete ownership of building their workforce. Based on the requirement we set a dedicated team of consultants for the client. Our dedicated team will understand their culture, environment and work force needs and then accordingly design the recruitment strategy. We shall manage the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through the on boarding of the new hire, including staff, technology, method and reporting.
