Reaching to candidates
Apart from traditional job boards, we use innovative
methods to reach candidates for our clients. Our consultants are
always networked with the best candidates in their domains to generate
referrals. They are expert in headhunting and cold calling process
to get to the passive candidates. They have presence on variety
of social networking sites, forums, blogs, and niche career websites
to track passive candidates. Apart from virtual interactions, our
consultants also attend seminars and trainings organized by Nasscom,
FICCI etc to directly meet the candidates.
Initial resumes screening
You may put the best detailed job description on job boards, career sites, referral page etc but you will always be bogged down with avalanche of irrelevant resumes filling your inbox. Our dedicated team of resume screeners would get broad understanding of your requirement and filter out the irrelevant resumes.
